Use a commercial agent

Create an agent with:

  • a clear commercial objective;
  • a tone consistent with your mark;
  • the necessary CRM skills and timetable;
  • only authorized commercial workflows.

Publish it with a small initial perimeter. If several agents are active, ELChat chooses the one whose objective corresponds to the message. Define a default general agent for applications that are not clearly related to the sale.

Tool permissions continue to apply. An agent must not be able to modify a CRM, send a message or create an appointment without the level of confirmation decided by the administrator.
