ELChat Glossary
Action — Reading or writing operation exposed by a connector.
Agent IA — Specialized assistant configured with a lens, tone, skills, workflows and permissions.
Default agent — Agent chosen to accommodate new site interactions. Only one must carry this role at a time.
Assistance — Result to which ELChat contributed without being the only or last point of contact.
Direct allocation — Result directly linked to an ELChat interaction according to the available data.
Canal — Point of entry for a conversation, e.g. widget, Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp.
Capacity — Group of actions named according to a business result.
Connector — Connection between an ELChat website and an external service.
CTA — Call for action displayed in the web experience, possibly linked to a form.
Formular — Set of fields collected in a widget path. The submissions are visible in the conversations.
ICP — The ideal customer profile used to frame an AI Sales Hunter campaign.
Preparation of a source — Processing that makes added content available for the responses of ELChat.
Interaction — Exchange or event used in the analysis of the journey.
Authorization — Rule that indicates whether an action can be executed automatically, must be confirmed or must be refused.
OAUTH — Authorization given to ELChat by the external platform without manually copying the account password.
Resource — Document, text, image or other source managed and indexed for a site.
Site — Main device that separates configuration, knowledge, conversation and automation.
Workflow — An ordered sequence of capabilities associated with a trigger formulated in natural language.
Widget — ELChat interface installed on the public website.
