Put ELChat into production

##1. Validate knowledge

Check content preparation status, titles, excluded pages and several representative questions. Correct the sources rather than multiply the compensatory instructions.

##2. Validate the experience

Test the widget on the public domain, on mobile and computer. Submit each form and trigger each active CTA. Check the site to which the conversation is linked.

##3. Validate connections

For each connector, check the account and perimeter, a reading, then a controlled write if necessary. Confirm that the reconnection procedure is known.

##4. Validate automation

Control the dependencies of each workflow, sequence of steps and permissions. Publish only the agents tested and confirm the default agent.

##5. Preparing for exploitation

Define who monitors conversations, channels, errors and recommendations. Keep a reverse scenario for widget and automation.
