Understanding the details of a conversation

Select a conversation to open three areas: list, message thread and information panel.

The thread

You can view the messages, their dates, attachments and CTAs displayed. Use load previous messages to trace history.

Depending on the available data, it can display:

an IA summary;
a structured memory: preferences, objectives, constraints, decisions and user information;
the values and files of the last submitted form;
the contact or data of the anonymous visitor;
the metadata of the conversation.

Updates arrive live when the real-time environment service is properly configured.
