View limitations Conversations

The Conversations view of the site is explicitly in read only. It allows you to view, export, solve, reopen, convert and delete, but it does not have a manual response field.

To respond from ELChat to the messages of a social channel or e-mail connected, use the corresponding HubdIntegrations.

The verified interface does not offer in this view:

• allocation to an employee;
• a separate archive state;
• a complete operational transition to an adviser;
• writing a response to the web visitor.

Conditional actual time

The term “real-time update” depends on the real-time service configured on the environment. In case of delay, reload the page before concluding that a message is missing.
