3. Connect: Allow services and test a playback.
4. Govern: classify each action as automatic, confirmation or blocking.
5. Regroup: Create capacity by intermediate result.
6. Order: assemble capabilities in workflow.
7. Specialize: Associate workflow with the agent concerned.
8. Test: Use demonstration data and monitor external systems.
9. Activate: Publish agent and activate workflow.
10. Watch: review errors, confirmations and results.

Optional stage

An optional step can fail without stopping the entire process. Do not use for an operation that is essential to the conformity or quality of the result.
