Identify knowledge gaps

Open Intelligence > Knowledge. Each line can display:

• the consolidated question;
• the number of occurrences;
• a priority;
• evidence observed;
• a recommendation.

ELChat hides e-mails, phones and links before this display. A missing confidence or source that has not been observed remains unavailable.

Correct

1. confirm that the question is legitimate;
2. add or improve the corresponding resource;
3. Give him an explicit title;
4. reindex;
5. test in the widget;
6. observe the following period.

First, treat high occurrence and high impact subjects. However, a rare but sensitive question can go before a large volume of requests without consequence. Always check the new response on the site concerned: correction of a resource does not automatically enrich other sites.
