Enable, disable or delete workflow

In the workflow list:

• Activate makes the recipe available;
• Disable but prevents its use;
• Edit opens its content;
• Delete removes a site-specific recipe after confirmation.

A global recipe bears the global badge. It cannot be deleted from your site: disable it or create a local copy by modifying or installing it.

Incomplete activation

Active workflow can remain unusable if a mandatory step does not have a connector or if permission is blocked. Check dependencies and rules before commissioning.

Example: suspend a recipe during maintenance

If the CRM connector is temporarily unavailable, disableCréer un lead après qualificationinstead of deleting it. Workflow retains its steps and can be reactivated after the connector test.

Deactivation stops use without losing configuration; the deletion is reserved for a recipe which must no longer exist. Check the workflow status and test the course after reactivation.
