Select a source of knowledge
The choice of source depends on the location and frequency of the information.

|---|---|---|
| Website | public content already structured | exclude private or unnecessary pages |

| Image | visuals containing usable information | control readability and format |
| Manual text | short rule or information missing from other sources | maintain changes manually |
| Imported pages | set of pages prepared in CSV or spreadsheet | correctly map columns |
| Imported products | Structured catalogue | clean references, prices, stock and visibility |
An information, a reference source
Section titled “An information, a reference source”Avoid adding several contradictory versions of the same content. If a document replaces the previous one, update the existing resource to trigger its reindexation.
Start with easy-to-test content
Section titled “Start with easy-to-test content”Choose a source that contains an explicit answer to three or four real questions. You can check immediately:
- the resource is indexed;
- the title correctly describes it;
- that the answer contains the correct information;
- that an uncovered question does not produce an invented statement.
