Create Capacity

Prerequisite

Section titled “Prerequisite”

Connect at least one service: the selector only offers the actions of the active connectors for the site.

Create

Section titled “Create”
  1. Open Actions IA > Capabilities.
  2. Click on + New capacity.
  3. Enter a clear business name.
  4. Select one or more actions in Ungrouped Tools.
  5. Click Save.

The name is limited to 255 characters and at least one action is required.

Check

Section titled “Check”

The new capacity appears in the list with the number of tools grouped. Open it with Edit to control selection.

Example: Propose a niche

After connecting Google Calendar, create capacityVérifier une disponibilité commercialeand select only the availability reading actions. Do not add the event creation action to this ability: it changes the calendar and must be governed separately.

The name helps the agent choose the right tool and selection limits its scope. Check in Modify that the number of tools matches your intent, then request an availability reading before using capacity in a workflow.
