Set trigger

The field When triggering it is not a schedule or a technical event. It describes the type of application to which the recipe must correspond.

Write well

Indicate:

• the intention of the user;
• the necessary context;
• the expected result;
• major exclusions.

Example: “Switch when a visitor wants to make an appointment with the sales team after providing their name and e-mail. »

Avoid vague formulations such as “for customers” or “when useful”. If two intentions are very different, create two recipes.

Planning

This trigger describes a conversational request. AI Sales Hunter’s own planning is regulated in his assistant and campaigns.

Example with perimeter and exclusion

Use:

Trigger when a visitor requests an appointment with the sales team, provided an email and agreed to choose a niche. Do not trigger a support request or a general question about schedules.

The first sentence indicates the intention, context and result. The exclusion avoids that a common word likehorairelaunches a commercial recipe in a context of support. Then re-apply a commercial application, a support issue and an incomplete application to verify the three behaviours.
