Add first knowledge

Objective

Add reliable content to a site and get a first response based on this source.

Steps

1. Select the site concerned.
2. Open the Knowledge or Resources section.
3. Choose a source: document, manual text, site exploration, sitemap or supported image.
4. Enter a explicit title. It helps to find the source and understand its content.
5. Add the requested file or content, then run import.
6. Open the resource list and wait until the processing is complete.
7. Ask the widget a question with a clear answer in the source.

Expected result

The resource appears with its title, type and condition. The test returns a response consistent with its content.

If you then replace the content or title, ELChat restarts its treatment. By deleting the resource, the associated data are also removed.
