Enable ELChat Platform
What is this connection for?
Section titled “What is this connection for?”ELChat Platform is an internal connector. It allows administration agents to query conversations, users, indicators, knowledge and settings of the open site, then activate workflow or close a conversation.
What you need
Section titled “What you need”No external ID, API key or third party account is required. The activation uses the already opened ELChat site and account.
Enable and verify
Section titled “Enable and verify”- Open Dashboard > your site > AI Actions > Connectors.
- Click Activate or Connect on the map ELChat Platform.
- Check the status Connect.
- Ask the co-pilot administrator to count the conversations of the day or list the agents of the site.
Available capacities

ELChat Platform does not create workflow; does not remove user and does not change knowledge sources.
Permissions and confirmations
Section titled “Permissions and confirmations”These tools are intended for administration. The closure of a conversation and activation of a workflow really alter the state of the site. Check the rules in Actions IA before allowing them automatically.
Disable or Reactivate
Section titled “Disable or Reactivate”Click Disable to prevent agents from using these tools on the site. Reactivate the map with one click; no external reconnection is required.
Frequent problems
Section titled “Frequent problems”- **Unobtainable:**check that you are on the right ELChat.
- **Unenclosed conversation:**provide an identifier from a real search, not an approximate name.
- **Workflow not enabled:**use the exact name of a workflow returned by the list.
- No main question: The indicator relates to questions recorded as unresolved, not all requests.
Security and limits
Section titled “Security and limits”The perimeter is limited to the current site, with some inventories linked to the same account. Reserve this connector for admin agents and do not use its data to reveal information about other conversations or users to a visitor.
Example: administration assistant
Section titled “Example: administration assistant”After activation on the Maison Atlas — Boutique site, allow the administrator agent to use it for a reading such as: Combien de conversations sont ouvertes aujourd’hui ? or Liste les agents actifs du site.
Start with these readings to verify the perimeter of the site. Allow the activation of a workflow or the closing of a conversation only after testing a real search and confirmed that the target identifier belongs to the current site.
