Track IA performance

The Performance IA field displays, when events are available:

  • IA resolution rate;
  • the rate of human passage;
  • CTA click rate;
  • the success rate of connected actions.

Always interpret a rate with its volume. A high rate on a few events has not the same strength as a stable result over a complete period.

The data can be grouped by agent, workflow or action, but no detailed screen by agent or workflow is currently confirmed in the verified tab. This page therefore does not promise an individual table for each one.
