Linking actions to capacity
In the editor, the actions are classified by connector. Check only those that actually match the result announced by the ability.
Equivalent Actions
Section titled “Equivalent Actions”If two connectors can perform the same operation, you can group them together. The Shared Capacities area appears when at least two active connectors cover the same capacity; Then choose the one who is authoritative.
Additional actions
Section titled “Additional actions”A capacity may also combine several complementary tools, but it must remain consistent. If the actions are to be executed in a specific order, create a [workflow]](/centre-d-aide/en/automatiser/workflows/comprendre-les-workflows/).
Edit or delete
Section titled “Edit or delete”- Edit changes the name or selection of shares.
- Delete removes the definition after confirmation.
Before deletion, check the workflows or agents that could use this capability.
Example: Separate Reading and Writing
For a calendar, preferably create:
Vérifier une disponibilité commerciale, with reading actions ;Créer un rendez-vous commercial, with creative action.
Separation makes permissions and workflows more readable. The first capacity may be automatic, while the second may require confirmation. Grouping both under a vague name likeGérer le calendriermake the risk more difficult to spot.
