Create your first agent

Steps

1. Open Actions IA > Agents.
2. Create an agent and give him an explicit name.
3. Describe its purpose, role and tone.
4. Add only the necessary skills and workflows.
5. Check permissions for accessible actions.
6. Save the agent without immediately defining it as the default agent.
7. Test his answers and requests for authorization.
8. Publish it when the behavior is consistent.
9. Set it as a default agent only if it needs to receive new site interactions.

A site may contain several active agents, but it must have only one default agent at a given time.

Specialize

An agent with a precise objective and little access is easier to test, explain and govern.
