Check your account

Objective: confirm that you have access to the email address associated with the account. ** Estimated time:** 2 minutes. Required: have completed registration.

Check e-mail address

1. Open the verification message sent by ELChat.
2. Find the code at six digits.
3. Return to the screen Check your email.
4. Enter the six digits in order.
5. Validate the check.

Once the code is accepted, you can access your dashboard.

Do not share the code

The code confirms access to your address. Do not transmit it in an unsecured capture, public ticket or conversation.

Send code back

If you have received nothing:

1. Check the address displayed on the screen;
2. Look in unwanted mail;
3. Click Resend code;
4. Use only the most recently received code.

Check that the account is active

The check is completed when the dashboard opens without asking you again for the code.

You can now create your first site.

Code refused

Incomplete or old code

Make sure you have entered six digits and use the last message received.

Too many attempts or code blocked

Ask for a new code from the check screen and try again with it.

Bad e-mail address

Return to registration and use the correct address. Do not continue with an address you do not have access to.
