Search and filter conversations
The Conversations tab of the site contains the web widget exchanges.
Search
Section titled “Search”Enter a contact name or keyword in the search bar. The list is recharged after a short entry break.
Filter by status
Section titled “Filter by status”- All: no status filters;
- News: open conversations;
- In progress: active conversations;
- Resolved: conversations completed by an administrator.
The list displays the contact, an overview of the last message, its date and status. Scroll to load the following pages, in groups of 20.
