Use suggestions for capabilities

ELChat offers two separate aids.

#Suggest automatically

The Suggest automatically button contains actions already available on the active connectors. The created capabilities appear directly in the list and remain editable.

Recommended for you

A band can propose a grouping prepared in advance:

  • Create this capacity when necessary actions are available;
  • Create still when a connector is missing; -**** to stop posting the suggestion on this site.

An orange warning may also indicate that an active connector encounters repeated errors. First fix the connection before automating more.

Example: Dealing with a suggestion

If ELChat proposesCréer un ticket supportand that the support connector is already active, open the suggestion, control the actions and click Create this capability. If the connector is missing, use Create anyway only to prepare the definition; connect the service before using the capacity.

The suggestion accelerates consolidation, but does not decide on the external account or permissions. Check the list of proposed actions and the status of the connector before adding capacity to an agent.
