Understanding Basic and Pro Levels

The Community, Business Automation and Agents modules offer two tariff levels: Basic and Pro. Core uses a unique level and Agency does not have an online purchaseable level.

The interface displays the current level, the visible price and the button to move to the other level.

The project copy does not contain a verifiable client matrix detailing the differences in functionality or limitations between Basic and Pro. This information is therefore Information to be completed before commercial publication.

Do not choose Pro based solely on the name. Ask ELChat for the offer matrix if it is not displayed in your environment.
