An action is refused or pending
Action blocked
Section titled “Action blocked”Cause: its clearance level is set to Blocked, or the action is not within the agent’s perimeter.
Solution: change the setting only after assessing its impact. Also check that the correct capacity and workflow are associated with the agent.
Expected visitor confirmation
Section titled “Expected visitor confirmation”The visitor must accept the action in his journey. If no confirmation is visible, check the channel and reproduce the request from the widget.
Advice confirmed expected
Section titled “Advice confirmed expected”An authorized person must review and approve or refuse the application on the validation path. Check that a person is actually loaded with this line.
Action fails after confirmation
Section titled “Action fails after confirmation”Validation does not ensure technical success. Check the status of the connector, its permissions and the targeted external resource.
