Naming rules

• use a verb and a result: “Search for an order”;
• avoid names of suppliers;
• separate reading and modification if their risk differs;
• keep the range narrow enough to be understood without explanation.

Before using a capacity

1. check the active connectors;
2. Choose the preferred provider in case of conflict;
3. Control modes in Permissions;
4. first test a course without writing;
5. Then add capacity to a workflow or agent.

Maintenance

Review the capabilities after replacing a connector, changing permissions or changing the business path. Remove duplicates and keep names stable so as not to disorient teams.

Example of a clear catalogue

PreferRechercher une commande, Modifier une commandeandAjouter une note au tickettoShopify, CRMorActions client. The verb indicates what the agent can do and the separation makes the risk difference visible.

Before publishing a capability, ask a simple question: “If a colleague sees this name without knowing the connector, does he understand the result and impact? If the answer is no, tighten the name or separate the actions.
