Use the overview of sites
Objective: quickly find a site and understand its first indicators.
What the dashboard shows
Section titled “What the dashboard shows”The overview includes the account sites or projects and several indicators:
- number of sites;
- indexed resources;
- recorded hearing;
- conversations;
- messages;
- evolution of conversations and messages;
- distribution of sources of knowledge.
This information helps identify the overall activity. Then open a site to analyze its own perimeter.
Read the list of sites
Section titled “Read the list of sites”Each line identifies in particular:
- the name of the site;
- his address;
- his type;
- its condition;
- its date of creation;
- the opening, modification or deletion actions.
Open Site
Section titled “Open Site”Select the site before adding knowledge, consulting a conversation or setting up a connector. The actions carried out in his sheet remain linked to this site.
Indicators and data availability
Section titled “Indicators and data availability”Meters depend on the activity and processing of events. A recent site can therefore display zero values before its first exploration or conversation.
People displayed as audience or recent users are the site’s visitors or customers, not the administrator members of your account.
