Publish and set default agent
Publish
Section titled “Publish”Click Publish to make an agent active. Several agents may be published at the same time; ELChat selects them according to the request.
Click Depublish to disable it without deleting its configuration.
Set Default
Click Define by default to select the used agent when the routing finds no clear match. This action also activates the agent and replaces the former default agent.
Send requests representative of each objective and a general request. Check that the specialist agent is selected when his role matches and that the withdrawal deals with other cases.
Example of routing
Section titled “Example of routing”PublishSupport commandesandAssistant commercial, then defineAssistant généralas a default agent. An explicit request on an order must be processed by the first, a request for demonstration by the second and an ambiguous question by the General Agent.
Test an example of each category before replacing the default agent. Active status indicates that an agent can be selected; It does not guarantee that its objective, skills and workflows correspond to demand.
