Create a commercial workflow

Example recipe:

  1. seek contact;
  2. Create or update the contact;
  3. create an opportunity or journal activity;
  4. check availability;
  5. create the appointment.

In Actions IA > workflows, give a specific trigger and then add these capabilities in the left to right order. Optionally mark only a truly secondary step.

Leave the automatic readings if risk permits and require confirmation of important entries. The verified editor does not have a conditional branch or end-to-end test: test actions separately with a fictitious contact before publication.
