Section titled “Two additional sources”The catalogue of imported products helps ELChat find structured information. The WooCommerce or Shopify connector allows, depending on the actions actually available in its plug, to question or act on the shop.
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”- Prepare and import catalogue.
- Add delivery, return, warranty and payment policies.
- Login WooCommerce or Shopify.
- First test a search or a reading.
- Place any action modifying an order or customer data under confirmation.
- Test the answers on a product available, unavailable and missing from the catalogue.
Follow-up
Section titled “Follow-up”Use conversations to identify frequent questions and gaps. Check the transaction information in the original store before any operational decision.
