Use voice, images and content
Voice interaction
Section titled “Voice interaction”The widget includes a voice entry and restitution service. Its availability depends on the browser, device and permissions granted to the microphone or audio playback.
Test the voice on browsers actually used by your audience.
Attach Image
Section titled “Attach Image”The visitor can attach an image to his message. The administrator can then find the attachment in the conversation details.
Do not request the sending of identity documents, bank data or other sensitive information without appropriate business and security procedures.
Content proposed in the responses
Section titled “Content proposed in the responses”Depending on the knowledge, the widget can display:
- products;
- pages;
- documents;
- images;
- ties and CTA.
The impressions and clicks of certain resources are recorded to feed the statistics.
Display images
Section titled “Display images”The visitor can open an image in an enlarged view. Make sure the title and visual content remain understandable.
Verification
Section titled “Verification”- test a voice message;
- refuse then grant permission from the microphone to observe both behaviors;
- send a non-sensitive test image;
- Ask a question that must propose a product or page;
- Open the resource and check its destination;
- Control the conversation and associated statistics.
