Create your first workflow

Prepare

Create the necessary capabilities first. For this first test, choose a short and reversible process.

Steps

Section titled “Steps”
  1. Open Actions IA > workflows.
  2. Create a workflow.
  3. Give him a result oriented name.
  4. Describe in natural language the situation that should trigger it.
  5. Add at least one capacity.
  6. Order the steps from left to right in the expected order of execution.
  7. Mark a step as optional only if the process remains useful without it.
  8. Save, then activate workflow when its configuration is complete.

The verified copy does not show any conditional branches or test button integrated with the manufacturer. For a complex process, create several simple workflows and check their effects in connected services.
