Solve a blocked import
File is refused
Section titled “File is refused”Check its extension, size and limit on the import screen. Rename the file without unusual characters if necessary, but do not simply change its extension.
Treatment does not end
Section titled “Treatment does not end”- Check the status of the resource.
- Reload the list of resources.
- Make sure you work in the right site.
- Wait until you start the same operation again.
If the content is valid, use the replacement or restart action available. Avoid creating multiple copies of the same file during processing.
A resource is in error
Section titled “A resource is in error”Check that the file opens locally and contains usable content. For an image, check the supported format. For a Sitemap, use the XML format accepted by the screen.
Always read the message displayed on the resource before deleting it. It often indicates whether the problem comes from format, size or content.
Page import is inconsistent
Section titled “Page import is inconsistent”The verified interface accepts CSV, XLS and XLSX up to 20 MB, even if a historical wording may be less accurate. Prepare the expected columns and check the preview before validation.
