Approve or refuse an action

Applications configured to be confirmed by an advisor appear in Actions IA > To be validated.

Each card displays:

  • the connector;
  • the technical name of the action;
  • its parameters;
  • the date of creation.
  1. Check the destination, identifiers, amounts or any other visible value.
  2. Compare the request with the conversation and your internal procedure.
  3. Click Approve to authorize execution, or Refuse to prevent execution.

An application refused does not carry out external action. An approved application resumes processing; then check the result in the service concerned when the impact is significant.

Example: approve an appointment

Before approving a Google Calendar creation, check the participant’s name, address, date, time zone and target calendar in the application settings. Compare these values with the conversation and your business process, and then approve only if they match.

The confirmation is not only used to verify that the button is present: it protects the settings that will actually be sent to the external service. Then check the event and invitation in Google Calendar.
