1. connect HubSpotor Odoo ;
2. connect Google Calendar ;
3. check a contact search;
4. check for availability reading;
5. Set permissions for creation or modification.

Avoid duplicates

Design the workflow to search for the contact before creating or updating it. Then check availability before creating the appointment.

If multiple connectors provide the same capacity, choose the one that is authoritative in Shared Capacities.
