Connect ELChat to your tools
The connectors give ELChat controlled access to the services your company already uses. Depending on the connector and the chosen permissions, ELChat can only view data or also perform an action.
A connection still belongs to the ELChat site currently selected. It is not automatically shared with other account sites.

- Open Dashboard > your site > AI Actions > Connectors.
- Choose a service in the connector catalogue.
- Read its dedicated sheet to prepare the right account and identifiers.
- Click Connect and complete the authorization or fill in the requested fields.
- Add account-specific settings when offered.
- Do an impact-free reading test.
- Open Permissions and decide which actions are automatic, subject to confirmation or blocked.

Example full connection
Section titled “Example full connection”To allow a business team to propose appointments:
- Connect Google Calendar with the account that has the business calendar;
- check the time zone and working schedules in the calendar settings;
- test an availability reading on a known date;
- Leave this reading in Automatic;
- Set event creation to Confirmation Required — An adviser confirms;
- Block the cancellation if it is not part of the course.
The connection makes the tool accessible, but it must not open all its actions. Reading is used to prepare a proposal without changing the agenda; creation sends an invitation and therefore requires human validation. Check the result of each step in the calendar before allowing real use.
