Allow workflows to an agent

In the agent editor, the Workflows allowed section lists known revenues from the site.

1. Check only the workflows suitable for the lens;
2. check their steps and dependencies;
3. control the permissions of the actions concerned;
4. Record the agent.

If no workflow is checked, the agent does not perform any workflow. His individual skills remain available according to his configuration.

Explicit authorization

Creating or enabling workflow does not automatically add to all agents.

Example: Allowing a single route

For agentAssistant commercial, checkOrganiser un rendez-vous commercialand leave uncheckedModifier une campagne publicitaireor any unrelated workflow. The agent can then use the appointment route, but not the other recipes of the site.

This selection limits routing and reduces the actions that can be accessed by mistake. Open each workflow before recording to check its steps, connectors and confirmation levels.
