• the AI Sales Hunter model visible in the bank;
• a connected CRM if you want to synchronize qualified leads;
• admin permissions to install and configure the agent.

AI Sales Hunter can use multiple search and qualification sources when enabled for your environment. They may include web search and location information.

The exact list of available sources appears in the wizard. If a source is reported as unavailable, do not consider it an active capacity.

Information to be completed

The list of available sources and the conditions for their activation are not displayed in a dedicated client screen. Check the options offered in your environment before promising a specific coverage.

Before sending

Also check:

• the shipping address configured for ELChat;
• your consent and prospecting rules;
• daily limits;
• the treatment of contact refusals;
• the autonomy mode.

Configuration of the consignor

The audited copy does not show a client screen dedicated to the configuration of the outgoing e-mail provider of Sales Hunter. The corresponding procedure is Information to be completed for the production environment.

Example of control before activation

For a first test, use a dedicated site or a clearly identified perimeter, connect the CRM that needs to receive prospects and choose a low limit. Also prepare a refusal list and check the shipping address displayed by your environment.

This check answers three questions before any exit: where will the prospect be recorded, how many actions can it be executed, and what identity will be visible to the recipient? If the address or the consent rule is unclear, stop the installation at the draft stage.
