Choose autonomy, limits and pace

Autonomy modes

Mode	Real behaviour
Suggestion	The agent can prepare, but the sending tool is removed from him
Human validation	Sending is available but waiting for an advisor’s agreement
Autonomous	Sending is run automatically within configured limits

Visible limits

Define between 1 and 100:

• new prospects per day;
• Outgoing actions a day.

The configuration also has a limit per campaign up to 500, but this field is not shown in the current wizard: its default value is 50.

Frequency

Choose Manual, All days, All days or All weeks. For a scheduled frequency, indicate the hour in HH:MM format.

Start carefully

First use human suggestion or validation with small limits. Switch to Autonome only after reviewing messages, delivreability and contact refusals.

Example of progress

For the first three campaigns, you can apply this progression:

1. Suggestion5new prospects per day, frequency Manual: reread correspondence and messages;
2. Human validation,10new prospects per day, frequency Every 2 days: approve outputs that meet the target;
3. Autonomous, only if the results are stable and the team has validated the volume and refusal rules.

The mode determines who controls the outgoing action, the limit limits the volume and the rate determines when the treatment can resume. Change only one of these settings at a time to find out what explains a change in result.
