Create an ELChat account

Objective: Create the account to manage your sites and your ELChat configuration. ** Estimated time:** 3 minutes. Prerequisite: an accessible professional e-mail address.

Why this account is important

The account includes sites or projects managed by your company. The registered user becomes the account administrator in the current course.

Team management

The current course does not yet offer active management of individual invitations, members or roles. Do not share the logins of the administrator account.

Create Account

1. Open the ELChat registration page.
2. Inform your first name and your name.
3. Enter the account name. Use the name of your company or organization.
4. Inform your e-mail address.
5. Enter your phone number.
6. Create a password and confirm it.
7. Validate the account creation.

ELChat then directs you to check the email address.

Choose a good account name

Use a durable and recognizable name:

• Good example:Atelier Horizon To be avoided:Test, Compte 1or the name of a single temporary campaign

You can then create several sites or projects under this account.

Check creation

Creation is successful when:

• ELChat confirms that the account was created;
• the e-mail check screen appears;
• a six-digit code is sent to the address provided.

Common problems

An account already uses this address

Back to the connection. If you no longer know the password, use Forgot password?.

Both passwords differ

Enter the password and confirmation again, without inadvertently added space.

The form cannot be validated

Check that all requested fields are filled in and that the email address has a valid format.
