Enable, duplicate or delete a form

Enable or disable

Activate a form when it is ready to be used in the widget. Disable it to temporarily discontinue its use without deleting its configuration.

After a state change, test the associated CTA.

# Duplicate

Use duplication to create a variant:

1. Find the source form;
2. click Duplicate ;
3. Open the copy;
4. Change his name;
5. Adapt fields and messages;
6. activate it after testing.

Do not leave two active forms with names difficult to distinguish.

Delete

1. Check the CTAs that use the form.
2. Launch the removal.
3. If ELChat reports a related CTA, cancel and modify the CTA first.
4. Use forced deletion only if you accept that the relevant CTAs no longer work.

CTA related

Forced deletion may leave an AOC configured to an absent form. Replace or remove these CTAs before starting production.

Check

• the form no longer appears in the selectors if deleted;
• the remaining CTAs open the correct form;
• the copy has a distinct name and purpose;
• the disabled form does not block an essential route.

Example: Create a variant without breaking the course

If active formDemande de devisalready works, duplicate it under nameDemande de devis — Partenaires, replace fieldBudget estimébyNombre de points de vente, test the new CTA, then activate the copy.

Duplication retains a functional basis and the new name avoids confusion. Remove the original only after checking the CTAs that use it and confirm that the variant covers the same route.
