Enable a module with PayPal
- Open Subscription;
- Choose Basic or Pro when requested by the module;
- click the PayPal button;
- complete the approval in the window;
- return to the dashboard;
- check message Confirmed payment — module enabled and status Active.
When the first payment is made, PayPal approval is required. If a PayPal subscription already exists for the account, some later activations can update the subscription without new window.
In case of problem
Section titled “In case of problem”- absent window: allow popups;
- cancelled payment: restart from the card;
- status not updated: reload the tab after PayPal verification;
- persistent error: do not pay a second time before control by the support.
Example: Enable a Level Module
If you want to test a module before using it in production, first check the level difference displayed, choose the level you need, and then open PayPal from the module card. After returning to the dashboard, check both the Payment confirmed — module enabled and the Active status.
The level determines the variant of the module, PayPal confirms the payment and the status Active proves that the holder can use it. If one of these items is missing, do not restart a second payment: first check the timing.
