Define objective, tone and skills

Describe the audience, the problem and the expected outcome. This goal helps ELChat choose the right agent when several are active.

Choose: Professional, Chaleureux, Concis, Enthusiast or Customized. The custom tone opens a free instruction field.

The tone must not alter the facts or authorize additional actions.

The catalogue lists skills by connector. Check only those necessary for the role of agent. The Connectors involved area summarizes the services involved.

Skills limit what the agent can try. They add to other safeguards: active connector, available action and compatible permission.

For an agentSupport commandes, write:

Help clients track an order, explain its status and direct to support when a change is required. Do not cancel, refund or modify an order without human confirmation.

Choose the tone Chaleureux and check only the search and control consulting skills. The objective describes the result and the limit; the tone sets the way to answer; skills determine the tools that the agent can mobilise. None of these settings replace permissions.
