Manual Responses and Responses IA
In a Hub conversation, the Reply… field allows you to send a manual response to the connected channel.
When an IA response is pending or failed, its content may pre-fill the field to be reread and corrected.
Treat a response IA
Section titled “Treat a response IA”- Approver publishes the pending response;
- Refuser prevents its publication;
- changing the text before approval allows to send the corrected version when the channel and the state of the response allow.
Messages can display a status that is pending or failing. Always check the external channel for a sensitive response: asynchronous sending can be accepted and then fail at the provider.
