Publish ELChat on its website

Install

1. Select the ELChat site corresponding to the production field.
2. Open the site settings.
3. In Widget Installation, copy the provided script.
4. Add it to your site’s code, before closing the page body or via your CMS script mechanism.
5. Publish the modification on the site.

The script contains the identifier of the selected site. Do not copy another environment.

Check

1. Come back to ELChat.
2. Click Test Connection.
3. Open the public URL in a private window.
4. Check the display on computer and mobile.
5. Send a check question.
6. Confirm that the conversation appears on the right site.
