Start with the summary
Section titled “Start with the summary”Ask which objective is concerned, which problem or opportunity appears and which action deserves attention first. Then check the sources and evidence before making a decision.
Read sources and provenance
Section titled “Read sources and provenance”Sources and provenance shows which sources were used and their status. Before accepting a recommendation, check that the source is available, the period matches your question and the relevant pages or segments are included.
Understand the result blocks
Section titled “Understand the result blocks”- At a glance: KPIs, funnel, acquisition, session rhythm and exits help locate an area to examine; they do not replace the detailed diagnosis.
- Observed facts: what is present in the sources, without claiming why it happened.
- Correlations: signals appearing together; they are not proof of causation.
- Cautious inferences: an interpretation with a stated evidence level and limitation.
- Verifiable diagnoses: where, when, who is affected, what behaviour is observed, what cause is possible and what remains to check.
- Recommendations: what to do, where, why, how, expected effect, measurement and verification.
- Proposed tests: a hypothesis, a change and a metric.
- Missing data: what prevents a stronger conclusion.
Decide whether a result is usable
Section titled “Decide whether a result is usable”A result is ready for team discussion when the objective is clear, key sources are available, the period fits the question, recommendations cite observed elements, actions include a measurement or verification step and limitations are visible.
Example
Section titled “Example”If a result shows frequent exits on a pricing page and conversations repeatedly ask about support conditions, it may recommend clearer content on that page and measuring contact requests. Check the page and the period first, then make a reversible change. The finding does not prove that the text is the only cause of the exits.
