Understanding ELChat Intelligence

The tab Intelligence transforms the events of ElChat into flight indicators. It covers the conversations, CTA, agents and connected actions of the selected site.

He proposed four views:

• Executive view;
• To be monitored;
• Funnel business; Knowledge.

To analyze the behavior on your site, see also Visitor Intelligence. This view complements the indicators with completed routes, events, visible area catches and the available replay.

Choose a period of 7, 30 or 90 days. Each indicator is compared to the previous period where the calculation is possible.

No fictitious data

An empty state or “Not available” means that ELChat does not have sufficient or reliable observation. The platform does not fill the charts with examples.
