Read business value

The four main maps measure:

• Leads generated;
• Opportunities created;
• See you reserved;
• Awarded revenue.

The percentage compares the chosen period with the previous period of the same duration. An increase is a signal to explain, not a proof that all the progression comes from ELChat.

Income is shown only when a purchase has a value, a direct or assisted allocation and a single currency over the period. Otherwise, the card indicates that the value is not available.

Volume and value

A conversation, click or message is not automatically a lead, an opportunity or a sale. The maps are based on observed business events.
