Checks before activation

1. Does the card contain the exact capacity you need?
2. Does the account have access to the right space, project, site or property?
3. Do you have any rights to authorize the application or create the key?
4. Does the action change data? In this case, provide confirmation in Permissions.
5. Does the connector have a limit or compatibility warning?

The Connectors field can display site-specific suggestions or report a connection that encounters errors. A suggestion does nothing automatically: you keep the decision.

Example: from expected result

If your goal is to propose an appointment, review Google Calendar and check that it allows you to read availability and create an event. If your goal is only to notify the team, consider Slack or Microsoft Teams.

The chosen result avoids activating a connector too wide. Then compare the account, perimeter and type of action: an internal notification and customer reservation do not have the same impact or permissions.
