Connector does not connect

Possible symptoms

• the connection is refused;
• the card remains disconnected;
• the badge is active but the data is empty;
• a reading works but a writing fails.

Checks

1. Open the connector sheet in this documentation.
2. Compare the requested identifiers without displaying their values to a third party.
3. Check permissions and authorized account.
4. Control the property, site, space or shop ID when the connector requires one.
5. Test a simple reading.
6. Reconnect if the token has expired or revoked.

With an API key, create a new ID if its value is uncertain. With OAuth, revoke the old license on the platform if the loop reconnection on the wrong account.

If the error persists, raise service, action, hour, displayed code and tested perimeter — never the secret.
