ELChat presents courses for Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, Telegram, YouTube and professional e-mail. The prerequisites differ: check the channel record before starting.

Common Steps

1. Open Social Media for the site.
2. Choose the channel and click Connect.
3. Complete the authorization route or inform the required token.
4. Select the page, account or box when the screen offers it.
5. Send a message from another account.
6. Check his arrival in the Hub.
7. Answer manually.
8. Then test an IA suggestion.
