Connect with IDs

Some services request identifiers created in their own interface. The plug of each connector indicates the path checked, permissions and exact fields.

Safe procedure

1. Open the connector plug in this help center.
2. Log in to the platform with an authorized account.
3. Create a key or token dedicated to ELChat when the platform allows.
4. Only grant permissions.
5. Copy the value immediately if only displayed once.
6. In Actions IA > Connectors, click Connect.
7. Paste each value in the corresponding field and click Valider.
8. Test an impact-free reading.

Current identifiers

Example: Connect a WooCommerceshop

For a test shop, the form may contain:

After validation, first ask for the list of products or another reading without impact. If the result matches the test shop, then configure the write permissions. This order detects a bad URL or account before an action changes a command.
