What is a site in ELChat?
Section titled “What is a site in ELChat?”The site is the main perimeter of configuration. It brings together its knowledge, widget, conversations, integrations and automations.
What difference between channel and connector?
Section titled “What difference between channel and connector?”A channel receives and allows to handle conversations, for example WhatsApp or Instagram. A connector gives access to the actions of an external tool, such as HubSpot or Google Calendar. The same platform may have separate routes according to usage.
How does ELChat work in my tools?
Section titled “How does ELChat work in my tools?”A connected tool can offer ELChat read or edit actions. You choose the available actions and their level of authorization since Actions IA, without having to know the technical operation of the connection.
Capacity, workflow or agent?

- a agent interprets the application and uses the authorized workflows according to its objective. Does
ELChat automatically learn from all my data?
Section titled “ELChat automatically learn from all my data?”No. Sources must be added to the right site and completed. An external tool does not become a knowledge simply because it is connected.
